My 2 children & I had an amazing day with Rachel! We tried various lino printing techniques including drypoint, printing on Nepalese Lokta paper & Japanese printing paper using caligo inks. We designed our own pencil cases & scarves. We all had an absolutely brilliant time. Rachel is a very talented, knowledgeable artist who has inspired us all, we can't wait for our next visit! I absolutely loved my course with Rachel! The day started with Rachel showing me the silk screen stencil process and in no time at all it was my turn to have a go! She really encouraged me to be adventurous with my ideas and we had such fun choosing the image and colour to create a range of fabric prints and a lovely cushion cover. I was completly blown away by what we managed to acheive by the end of the day and I have had so many wonderful compliments on the cushion cover we printed that I cannot wait to create something else. Rachel is a fabulous teacher and a very lovely lady - I totally recommend her courses and will definitely be back in the future to try my hand at something else.

Such an interesting and enjoyable course, in the most tranquil and beautiful location. It was my first experience at screen printing.
Rachel put me at my ease and explained each step patiently, resulting in me being so pleased with the finished results. It felt very rewarding to try a new skill, and Rachel's approach helped me gain the confidence to try new things in the future.

I went to one of the card printing days. I had a lovely day, we learned so much about it & Rachel was so patient. None of us had done this before and Rachel explained everything step by step. We had a really nice lunch and enjoyed the tranquility and quiet of the studio setting. I would love to do another one of Rachel's courses, and plan to do that, very soon. I would recommend Rachels courses to every one. She is a very kind, patient tutor. To add to a wonderful day, we all took our work home, so we could show off our new skill.

My first try at screen printing and I couldnt have chosen a better, more patient tutor. Rachel helped me through each stage of the process and despite my very limited artistic skills I was proud to produce a lovely piece of fabric to take home for a special project. Lunch and home made cake were all scrumptious!
